Land & building are to be registered
at the Regional Legal Affairs Bureau. Normaly, a judicial scrivener

There are Registration and License Tax,
Immovable Property Acquisition Tax, and Fixed Accets Tax. |

A system for the tenant without reasonable guarantor. Charge of
50% to 100% equivalent to rental fee applicable. |

| Tenant Insurance |
Tenant may requested to buy a Tenant Insurance which covers
possible troubles within the room. |
